Nigerian right winger Samuel Chukwueze remained stayed put at Italian Serie A side AC Milan during the last winter transfer window. At the time, it was reported that Chukwueze was a target of Fulham but the English club and Milan had not reached an agreement on terms.

The reality is that Chukwueze still doesn't play a leading role in the team and his departure this summer is looming. AC Milan no longer considers him essential and will listen to offers if one comes along. The Nigerian international is looking for playing time and confidence and the summer market looks like the time to change course.

AC Milan is now considering renewing ties with Fulham (England) for a possible transfer next summer. Chukwueze's performance at AC Milan has not lived up to expectations. He joined Milan in July 2023 from Villarreal for €20 million plus €7 million in bonuses, and his current valuation is between €12 million and €15 million.
