Sakala, who recently made his return to the Zambia national team after a lengthy self-imposed exile, continues to thrive at Fayha. His second goal of the campaign finished off the victory for the hosts with a trademark poacher’s finish.
Congolese forward Ganvoula opened the scoring just after the hour mark, marking his second goal since joining the club from Italian side Monza towards the end of the summer transfer window. The lanky forward snuck in to finish from close range after a cross from Sakala took a kind deflection right into his path.

The club based in Riyadh Province appear to be well braced for another campaign of survival in the Saudi top flight. After three seasons of alternating between midtable finishes and relegation battles, Fayha are currently in 9th position on the table with eleven points from eight matches.
Along with Algeria international Yassine Benzia, Ganvoula and Sakala are poised to be the main goal threats this season with four goals so far between them. They will next be in action after the upcoming November FIFA window in two weeks with a clash away at Al Ettifaq on November 22.
