Round 21 of Kenya’s SportPesa Premier League season delivered drama across the grounds, but the standout story belonged to Uganda’s Mustafa Kizza, whose moment of brilliance inspired Nairobi United to a convincing 3–0 victory over BIDCO United.
Playing at the Ulinzi Sports Complex on Saturday, Nairobi United asserted control early with Kizza stealing the headlines.

The left-back announced himself in spectacular fashion, scoring his first-ever goal for the club directly from a corner kick, an audacious strike that gave the hosts a 1–0 lead at the break and set the tone for the afternoon.
With confidence flowing, Nairobi United pressed on in the second half. Kevin Wangaya and Benson Ochieng found the back of the net to seal a dominant performance and maximum points.
Kizza’s influence stretched beyond the scoresheet, and his all-round display earned him a deserved Man of the Match accolade.

The win marked Nairobi United’s eighth victory of the campaign from 18 outings, lifting them to 28 points and pushing them up to ninth on the league table.
For BIDCO United, the defeat deepened their relegation worries, leaving them stranded on 16 points and just above bottom-placed SOFAKA, who have 14 points after 21 matches.
Elsewhere in Match Week 21, results were just as gripping. At the Gusii Stadium, Shabana edged Tusker 1–0, while AFC Leopards claimed a 2–1 win over Posta Rangers at Nyayo Stadium. Bandari showed resilience on the road, defeating Murang’A Seal 3–2 at the SportPesa Arena, while Kariobangi Sharks and Mathare United settled for a 1–1 draw at the Police SACCO Grounds.
