Six players have arrived at the Super Falcons camp ahead of their double-header international friendly against the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon in preparation for the upcoming 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations.
Nigeria opened their camp in Yaoundé on Wednesday with 11 players. The latest arrivals include Rinsola Babajide, Shukurat Oladipo, Folashade Ijamilusi, Kafayat Shittu, Jennifer Echegini, and Comfort Erhabor.

They join early arrivals such as captain Rasheedat Ajibade, Oluwatosin Demehin, Christy Ucheibe, Monday Gift, and Ngozi Okobi-Okeoghene.
More players are expected to join the squad on Thursday. Coach Justine Madugu’s side will continue their preparations with another training session at the Stade Omnisports Ahmadou Ahidjo in Yaoundé on Thursday.
Cameroon and Nigeria will clash in the first friendly this Saturday, with a second encounter slated for next Tuesday.
