The news was confirmed by Ademola Victor TV on Wednesday, as Nigeria seek to test their mettle against some of the world’s best.
This invitational serves as a vital preparation phase for the upcoming Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).
Originally scheduled for March, the tournament in Morocco has been officially rescheduled by CAF to take place from July 25 to August 16, 2026.
The stakes are exceptionally high, as the WAFCON also serves as the African qualifying route for the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Brazil.
By facing top-tier opposition like Spain and Brazil now, the Super Falcons aim to sharpen their tactics to ensure they secure one of the four automatic qualification spots for the global showpiece
