Libyan Premier League: Kick-off time changed for Swehly vs. Al-Akhdar amid venue dispute

Swehly SC announced via their official Facebook page that the Libyan Premier League’s Competitions Committee has adjusted the kick-off time for their match against Al-Akhdar. The game started at 5:45 p.m. GMT on Sunday, instead of the originally scheduled 5:30 p.m. GMT.

The fixture is part of the final round of the Title Playoff in the Libyan Premier League.

Meanwhile, Al-Akhdar SC revealed on their official Facebook page that their delegation was prevented from entering the pitch at Arena Civica Stadium in Milan. According to the club, stadium officials blocked access due to unpaid rental fees owed by the Libyan Football Federation.

Al-Akhdar, currently on five points, are aiming for victory to reach eight points and secure a spot in African continental competitions. Swehly, with just one point, enter the match with no pressure but could spoil Al-Akhdar’s ambitions with a win.
