Former Brazilian international Bruno Moraes has stated that Nigerian forward Terem Moffi requires time to adapt to FC Porto’s specific style of play.
Moffi joined Porto on loan from French Ligue 1 side OGC Nice for the remainder of the season, with the agreement including an option to make the move permanent.

Since his arrival, he has made two league appearances—both as a substitute—as the coaching staff carefully manages his reintroduction following a period away from regular competitive football.
Speaking with Desporto ao Minuto, Moraes emphasized that it is only a matter of time before the Nigerian international begins finding the back of the net.
“FC Porto hasn’t been as effective as usual and as the fans like to see, but the truth is that they have defended very well, they have balanced the game.
Even by scoring just one goal sometimes in a game, they manage to get their points in the same way as if they had scored more goals.
Moraes remains confident that, given patience, the forward will meet the high goal-scoring expectations that accompany his talent and potential.

“I think the goals will return, especially now that players like Deniz Gul and Moffi have more opportunities to integrate into the team, but they need some time to make the most of it. Sometimes it happens quickly, but other times it takes longer.”
FC Porto is currently enjoying a dominant campaign in the Liga Portugal, sitting firmly at the top of the table.
And are also via for the UEFA Europa League title, there by giving Moffi ample time to show his ball striking abilities.
