TP Mazembe have beefed up their squad with four players in a bid to bounce back into contention for the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC)’s Linafoot National League Play-offs.

Coach Lamine Ndiaye has summoned new signing Bonheur Monga to the 25-member squad that has travelled to Kinshasa for three consecutive games.

The youthful striker has just returned from the DRC’s Under-20 team’s assignment in the AFCON qualifiers for the juniors.

Left-back Abdallah Radjabu, centre-back Othniel Mawawu, and forward Ousmane Kamissoko have also joined the travelling squad after recovering from injury.

The quartet is expected to add defensive balance and firepower for Mazembe after firing blanks in the 1-0 loss to Saint Eloi Lupopo on May 8, 2025.

Ndiaye’s men have since arrived in Kinshasa to face Rangers on May 17, Vita Club three days later, and Anges Verts (May 23).

However, Mazembe will be without suspended Boaz Ngalamulume and Basile Clefils Konga. The Ravens are trying to catch up in the playoffs. They lie in sixth place on the standings, three points behind joint leaders JSK and AS Maniema Union. Each team has played five games.
