The road to silverware officially resumes after the FUFA Competitions Department confirmed the fixture programme for the Stanbic Uganda Cup Round of 32, setting up a packed stretch of knockout football across the country.

The action gets underway on Sunday, 22nd February, when KCCA FC, the ten-time winners of the competition, welcome Mbarara City to Philip Omondi Stadium in an all-Uganda Premier League showdown.
Attention then shifts to Tuesday, 24th February, with reigning champions Vipers SC hosting lower-division side Pajule Lions under the floodlights at Kitende.
On the same day, Kitara FC face Entebbe UPPC at Royals Park, Butema, completing the day’s top-flight matchups.
A busy Wednesday, 25th February follows, highlighted by the clash between SC Villa and BUL FC at FUFA Kadiba Stadium. Cup romance is also on the cards as non-league outfit Football Classroom travel north to take on Onduparaka FC of the FUFA Big League.
Elsewhere, URA FC host Big league leaders Blacks Power at Nakivubo Stadium.
According to FUFA, the round will conclude on Wednesday, 4th March, when Six O’clock square off with Kataka FCin the final round-of-32 encounter.
Looking back, Vipers lifted last season’s trophy after edging KCCA 2–0 in the final played at FUFA Kadiba Stadium.
Historically, KCCA FC and Express FC remain the most successful clubs in the competition with 10 titles each, followed by SC Villa on nine.
Vipers SC currently boast four Uganda Cup crowns.
On the touchline, Alex Isabirye Musongola stands tall as the most decorated coach in the tournament’s history, having won the trophy four times with Vipers SC, BUL FC, URA FC, and SC Victoria.
