Ugandan Players Abroad: Okwi, Mukwala and Bakaki on target

Ugandan footballers abroad showcased their talents over the weekend ahead of the international break. Emmanuel Okwi found the net for AS Kigali despite their loss, Steven Mukwala continued his scoring form for Simba SC and defender Shafik Bakaki scored for Musanze FC.


Rwanda


Emmanuel Okwi scored for AS Kigali in their 2-1 defeat to Rayon Sport.



Shafik Bakaki netted for Musanze FC as they triumphed 3-0 over Kiyovu Sport.


Ashraf Mandela featured for Police FC in their 1-0 win over Bugesera.


Michael Lutaaya and Musa Esenu played for Vision FC in a 1-1 draw with Etincelles, while Robert Mukongyotya represented Etincelles.


Tanzania


Steven Mukwala scored and provided an assist as Simba SC thrashed Dodoma Jiji 6-0.



USA


Allan Oyiworth played 63 minutes as New England Revolution 2 beat Cincinnati 2 2-0.


Jayden Onen assisted in FC Naples' 2-0 win over Madison FC, playing 81 minutes.


Edward Kizza contributed an assist in Indy Eleven's 3-1 win over Miami FC, playing 82 minutes.


Scotland


Jordan Obita played the full 90 minutes as Hibernian drew 1-1 with Kilmarnock.


Elvis Bwomono was on the bench as St Mirren drew 2-2 with Motherwell FC.


Czech Republic


Isaac Muleme played 90 minutes in Zizkov's 3-1 loss to Zlin.


Aziz Kayondo featured for 13 minutes as Liberec defeated Sparta Prague.

In Denmark:


Robert Kakeeto played 82 minutes as Middelfart lost 3-1 to AB Kopenhagen.

Yudaya Nakayenze featured for REA women in a 2-1 defeat to OF1 Crete women.

In Turkey:


Joan Nabirye featured in Trabzonspor's 2-1 loss to Faith Vatan Sport.

Natasha Shirazi played for Bornova in their 2-0 loss to Besiktas.


India


Fazila Ikwaput scored a brace as Gokulam Kerala defeated Odisha FC 3-1, while Sharon Nana started on the bench.


Joanita Ainembabazi played for Kickstart FC in their loss to Resty Nanziri's East Bengal, where Nanziri featured.


Hadijah Nandago scored her first goal for Sethu FC in a 3-2 loss to Sribhumi, with Aminah Nababi also featuring.

Carl Mujaguzi was on the bench as Kerry FC lost 3-2 to Longford.
