URA FC secures the signature of Nelson Senkatuka from Bright Stars

Uganda Revenue Authority Football Club is delighted to announce the acquisition of forward Nelson Senkatuka on a two-year employment contract from Soltilo Bright Stars FC.

Head Coach Alex Isabirye expressed his confidence that the experienced striker will add firepower and quality to the Tax Collectors’ attack ahead of the new campaign.

“We are delighted to bring Nelson on board. He is a powerful and experienced player who will give us a new dimension in our attack. What stands out just as much as his mentality, intelligence, and ambition as a player, is the way he has worked hard throughout his career to get to where he is today,” Isabirye noted.

Senkatuka arrives at URA FC with a wealth of experience, having previously featured for Soltilo Bright Stars FC, Proline FC, Hope FC, and KCCA FC, where he was part of the 2016 Uganda Premier League-winning squad.

His career also includes an international stint with Moghreb Athletico Tetouan in Morocco’s Botola Pro 1 League, underlining his pedigree at the top level.
On the international stage, Senkatuka has been capped 17 times with the Uganda Cranes, representing the nation in two CHAN tournaments, two CECAFA competitions, and one COSAFA Cup.

The lethal forward, known for his sharp finishing and leadership qualities, is expected to play a key role as URA FC gears up for the upcoming season.
