UPL reschedule Vipers SC matches due to CAF Champions League

The Uganda Premier League (UPL) Secretariat has officially announced new dates for three Vipers SC fixtures that were earlier postponed due to the club’s participation in the CAF Champions League.

While adjustments have been made for several of the Venoms’ games, it’s worth noting that Kitara FC’s fixture against Vipers remains unrearranged at this stage.

According to the updated schedule, the UPL side will now host SC Villa on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at St. Mary’s Stadium, Kitende, in what promises to be a blockbuster encounter under the floodlights.

The Venoms will then welcome UPDF FC on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, before travelling to face Calvary FC on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.

Revised Fixtures:

MD1 / M#8: Sat, 29 Nov 2025 – Vipers SC vs SC Villa (8:00 PM)
MD4 / M#32: Tue, 02 Dec 2025 – Vipers SC vs UPDF FC (7:00 PM)
MD3 / M#23: Tue, 09 Dec 2025 – Calvary FC vs Vipers SC (4:00 PM)

In addition, the secretariat has also rearranged match day seven fixtures, which initially had SC Villa and Vipers SC playing on the same day.

Under the new arrangement, Vipers SC will host Maroons FC on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 8:00 PM in Kitende, while SC Villa will now play NEC FC on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 8:00 PM at FUFA Stadium, Kadiba.

These adjustments aim to ensure a smooth competition calendar following the Venoms’ continental commitments.
