Winning the AFC Champions League is our dream- Mahrez

Algerian international star Riyad Mahrez dreams of winning the AFC Champions League title.

Al-Ahli Saudi will face Japan’s Kawasaki Frontale in the AFC Champions League final today, Saturday, at 4:30 PM GMT. Speaking at the pre-match press conference, Mahrez said, as quoted by Ennaharonline: “Our dream is to win the title.”

“We wanted to chase our dream, and we are highly focused on achieving victory. The fans always support us, and they are the ones who will push us to win.”

Mahrez continued: “Without our fans, we cannot win. Tomorrow is the final step in the final, and we need all the support.”

“We have watched several matches of Kawasaki. Our opponent is a good team and they deserve to be in the final. We are ready for them. It will be a big match and we must prepare well.”

Mahrez concluded: “We will face a strong opponent who came from Japan. We know how to play against them, and we want to enjoy it and win this edition of the tournament.”
