Amr Adham, a member of Zamalek’s board of directors, confirmed that the board has made significant efforts in lifting the transfer ban during the recent period, stressing that everyone at the club is working to secure strong signings to restore the team to the podium.
Speaking on the "Zamalkawy" program on Zamalek TV, Adham said:
“FIFA officially notified us today that the transfer ban has been lifted in the case of former head coach Jaime Pacheco.”
“José Gomes, the former Zamalek coach, left immediately after being informed of the termination of his contract with the club. We didn’t have time to settle his dues, but there is absolutely no issue in this file.”
Amr Adham added:
“The complaint from former player Konrad Michalak is old and dates back to right after his departure. There is nothing new in it so far. We have a lawyer working on this case, and we aim to resolve all issues amicably.”
“FIFA has informed us that the case of Aaron Boupendza has been officially closed following the player’s death.”
