Zamalek hit by injury concerns due to Cairo derby clash

Zamalek’s medical staff confirmed fresh injury blows following the Cairo Derby defeat to Al Ahly in the Nile Egyptian League.

Palestinian striker Oday Dabbagh sustained a groin injury during the derby, while fellow forward Nasser Mansi complained of discomfort in his hamstring.

Both players will undergo further medical examinations in the coming hours to determine the extent of their injuries and whether they will be available for selection.

The White Knights, Zamalek, are going to face Ghazl El Mahalla on October 4 at 5:00 PM Cairo time, 2:00 PM GMT, with the match set to be played at the Suez Canal Authority Stadium in Ismailia as part of Round 10 of the league campaign.
