Zambia’s Kennedy Musonda grabs debut goal for Hapoel Ramat Gan

Zambian international Kennedy Musonda scored his debut goal for Hapoel Ramat Gan as they defeated Ironi Modiin 2-0 in the Israel Ligat Leumit Toto Cup at Ness Ziona Stadium on Monday.

Musonda made his debut for the Israel club having left Tanzanian Premier League champions Young Africans at the end of last season.

The Chipolopolo left Yanga having won three Tanzanian League titles and was part of the squad that reached the CAF Confederation Cup final in the 2022/2023 season. He joined Yanga in the small window from Power Dynamos and wore jersey number 25.

The victory enabled Hapoel Ramat Gan to stay second in their Group D with six points, the same number as leaders Hapoel Ironi Rishon.
