The Kinshasa-based giants have, through their spokesperson Prince-Liévin Nzazi, since confirmed the arrival of the 43-year-old coach as quoted by Congolese news agency ACP.
“Indeed, after the reorganization of the technical staff, the Congolese Cédric Arnaud Nanitelamio has been appointed new coach of AS V. Club. For the moment, his contract is to lead the team during the play-off of the football league championship (Linafoot),” Nzazi said.
In an interview with the Kinshasa-based club’s media, Nanitelamio promised to turnaround the fortunes of the team to compete strongly in the domestic league and Africa.
The youthful coach has brought with him compatriot Clement Massamba and Oussama Khelifi as assistant coach and fitness coach respectively.

Appointed last October, Ngatsono presided over 26 games: posting 12 wins, 11 draws and 3 losses. The club lies five points behind leaders Aigles du Congo FC.
AS Vita Club are considered among the giants of African football boasting one CAF Champions League won in 1973 and 15 Linafoot Ligue 1 titles to their credit.
