Abde Ezzalzouli continues brilliant form as Real Betis strengthen European push

Abde Ezzalzouli continued his impressive season with Real Betis Balompié by scoring and assisting in a dominant 3-0 victory over Real Oviedo in Round 34 of La Liga.

The Moroccan winger once again proved decisive as Betis achieved a big result to boost their hopes of securing European qualification for next season.

Betis opened the scoring in the 22nd minute through Cucho Hernández before Ezzalzouli doubled the advantage just before halftime in the 45th minute. The former Barcelona winger converted a low cross inside the penalty area, finishing successfully to score his side’s second goal.

Ezzalzouli’s influence did not stop there, as he also provided the assist for Betis’ third goal by Cucho Hernández in the 58th minute to complete an outstanding attacking display.

With this crucial win, Real Betis move to 53 points, solidifying their hold on fifth place and strengthening their chances of qualifying for the UEFA Europa League next season.

Meanwhile, Real Oviedo remain rooted to the bottom of the table in 20th place with just 28 points, as their relegation concerns deepen.

Ezzalzouli had also delivered a standout performance two matches earlier against Girona FC in Round 32, where he scored once and provided two assists in another brilliant display.

Ezzalzouli’s latest goal takes his personal tally to eight league goals this season in 25 appearances, 22 of them as a starter.
