The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced the final shortlist for the 2024 Best Goalkeeper Award, recognizing goalkeepers who have excelled in domestic and international competitions.

André Onana (Cameroon) – Manchester United
Yahia Fofana (Ivory Coast) – Angers
Mostafa Shobier (Egypt) – Al Ahly
Stanley Nwabali (Nigeria) – Chippa United
Ronwen Williams (South Africa) – Mamelodi Sundowns
Goalkeepers Eliminated from the Initial Shortlist
Several notable goalkeepers were part of the preliminary list but did not make it to the final five:
Osama Benbout (Algeria) – USM Alger
Lionel Mpasi (DR Congo) – Rodez AF
Djigui Diarra (Mali) – Young Africans
Munir Mohamedi (Morocco) – RS Berkane

Event Details
The winner will be announced during the 2024 CAF Awards Ceremony, set to take place on December 16, 2024, in Marrakech, Morocco.
This award recognizes the contributions of goalkeepers with their teams' throughout the year.
