Iwobi was seen limping off while clutching his hamstring shortly before half-time. The Nigerian international was subsequently replaced by his compatriot, Samuel Chukwueze during the half-time.
However, Fulham manager Marco Silva says the injury does not appear to be serious, as they will examine the 29-year-old in the next few days.
βThe first reaction that I got from him is that it is not so bad. In the next 24 hours, 48 hours, the exams will give us a clear picture, and we can be more clear about the availability until the end of the season.β
As the Cottagers continue their push for a place in European competition, a win would have taken them level on points with their west London rivals in the battle for a European place. But they struggled to create clear-cut chances and relied on keeper Bernd Leno, who produced a number of saves.
Iwobi made his 255th Premier League start in the keenly contested encounter. He has been a key figure for the side this season, tallying four goals and three assists in 27 league appearances.
