Exciting Cameroon youngster, Harouna Djibirin has extended his contract with Angers after a high level performance with the Ligue 1 side.
Djibirin Harouna began playing football at the age of seven in Cameroon, with Pierre Football Club before joining Doula based Dauphine Academy Football Centre where he signed his first professional contract.

Djibirin signed with Angers in January 2025 and arrived in Anjou the following summer.
He started out in National 3 (the third tier of French football), before he made his debut for Angers on October 18, 2025, against AS Monaco, coming on for the last ten minutes.
His impressive performance earned him additional playing time in subsequent matches, and he was rewarded almost a month later, scoring his first goal for the club against RC Lens.
Djibirin Harouna even doubled his goal tally in mid-December, contributing to Angers’ victory in the Derby against FC Nantes (4-1, Matchday 16).
At the end of January, he earned his first start in an away match against Paris FC. In total, Djibirin has made 13 appearances for Cameroon, scoring two goals and providing one assist.
Internationally, the winger has been selected twice for the Cameroon U17 national team for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
The 19-year-old has played 13 matches with 2 goals and 1 assist this season in the league 1.
