He has already been nominated for 2025-2026 PFA Scotland Premiership Player of the Season Award, following his stellar performances with Motherwell. He has earned the nomination alongside teammates Elijah Just.
Speaking to Daily Record, Maswanhise said on his future: “If a team wants you, you’ve just got to show them why they want you, but that shouldn’t be the main focus.
“You’ve just got to keep working then when the summertime’s here, off-season, you can really look at your options and stuff.
“I always think about my future. I love my future because it’s exciting. With the achievements I’ve had this year, there’s more on the table for me, so we’ll see.
“Who knows what will happen in the future. I’ll probably speak to my agent in the next few weeks. Not long till the season ends now. I think he wants to come to the awards night, so he’ll be there.
“If you guys are there you can speak to him himself!”
The Zimbabwean joined the Fir Park club in 2024 and currently leads the scoring chart with a massive 17 goals in 31 games.
The African star, who only scored five league goals last season, is enjoying his game under Motherwell FC new manager Askou.
Earlier, the Warriors forward was named in the PFA Scotland Premiership Team of the Year for 25/26.
