The Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) has announced the postponement of the Matchday 36 encounter between Ikorodu City and Wikki Tourists.

The match, initially scheduled for Sunday, May 3, will now be played on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. The postponement is due to the Lagos State Federation Cup final, which is scheduled to take place on the original date.
The league confirmed in a statement on Monday that the match will be staged at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan.
“Matchday 36 fixture, Ikorodu City v Wikki Tourists has been rescheduled from May 3 to May 5 owing to the Lagos State Federation Cup final to hold at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Lagos on May 3.”
Ikorodu City is currently chasing its first top flight title, while Wikki Tourists remains locked in a battle against relegation.
