It is a remarkable improvement for the Zimbabwe who struggled last season, managing just five goals in all competitions.
Maswanhise was expected to claim the club’s overall best player crown. However, that honour has gone to his teammate Elijah Just.
The Englishman Just has also won the Players’ Player of the Season gong for Motherwell FC to make it a double.
The African star and Elijah are also in the running for the 2025-2026 PFA Scottland Premiership Player of the Season Award.
The Zimbabwean joined the Fir Park club in 2024 and currently leads the scoring chart with a massive 17 goals in 31 games.
Earlier, the Warriors forward was also named in the PFA Scotland Premiership Team of the Year for 25/26.
On the other hand, Emmanuel Longelo scooped Goal of the Season accolade for Motherwell FC.
