A solitary goal separated the two sides on the night as Villa claimed a 1-0 win, sealing a 3-0 aggregate triumph to secure their place in the final.
The decisive moment arrived when James Begisa inadvertently turned the ball into his own net while attempting to cut out a dangerous effort from Ibrahim Kasinde that was headed goalwards.
That proved enough for the Jogoos in a contest that produced limited opportunities, with both teams struggling to create clear openings in the final third.
Villa remained disciplined throughout the encounter and successfully protected their advantage to complete the job in front of their supporters at Kadiba.
The victory sends SC Villa into their first Uganda Cup final since 2015, when they overcame KCCA FC in a rescheduled final played at Mandela National Stadium, Namboole.
After missing out on the final for several years, the record league champions now have another opportunity to fight for major silverware.
In the final, SC Villa will take on Kitara FC, who eliminated holders Vipers SC on the away goals rule in the other semifinal clash.
The showdown promises to set up an exciting battle as Villa chase another Uganda Cup crown against a determined Kitara side aiming to continue their impressive run in the competition.
