URA FC were held to a 1-1 draw by BUL FC in a tightly contested StarTimes Uganda Premier League (UPL) clash at Nakivubo stadium on Thursday night with both sides settling for a point after a game of limited clear chances.
The visitors struck first in the 36th minute when youngster Richard Okello capitalised on a defensive lapse to fire BUL ahead.

URA responded with urgency, and tactical changes by coach Hussein Mbalangu proved decisive early in the second half.
Just minutes after the restart, Bruno Bunyaga pounced from close range after a headed effort by Godfrey Ssekibengo to restore parity.

Despite improved intensity, URA could not find a winner, leaving them 11th on the table with 23 points, while BUL sit eighth with 31.
Elsewhere, Entebbe UPPC staged a dramatic comeback to defeat Buhimba United Saints 2-1 at Royals Park.
After falling behind to Anwar Ntege, the visitors responded through Ambrose Kigozi before sealing victory in stoppage time via a deflected effort from Issa Mubiru.
The win lifts Entebbe UPPC into fifth place, while Buhimba remain deep in relegation trouble.
In Kamwenge, Mbarara City suffered another late heartbreak, falling 2-1 to Police FC despite leading at halftime through Muhammad Kanyike.
Police turned the game around in the second half, with Daniel Jakony equalising before substitute Paul Mark Teny struck deep into added time to secure all three points.
The result boosts Police to seventh, while Mbarara City’s struggles continue as they edge closer to the drop zone.
