The French club announced the siging of the professional contract on Wednesday, May 13 with the deal set to run until June 2029.
The idea to sign the youngster permanently comes after his impressive performances with the club’s youth teams as well as Auxerre B, the club’s reserve team that competes in the fifth tier of French football. Saidi also won the U-17 Africa Cup of Nations with Morocco last year and produced three assists from five matches at the 2025 FIFA U-17 World Cup.

Saïdi joined Auxerre three years ago from his hometown club Toulon, and he has gone on to establish himself as one of the key talents of the youth set up.
The midfielder has produced a brilliant season with the U-19 squad, taking part in 11 matches, including 8 league games and 3 outings in the Gambardella Cup. Saïdi also made 5 appearances for the reserve team in the National 3 competition.
His current club reportedly rejected an offer from Arsenal to keep Saïdi on their books for the next few years.
