Antwi, 33, joined Dreams in 2023, guiding them to the semifinals of that year’s CAF Confederation Cup before leaving for a short spell with Libyan, outfit Al-Murooj.
The former Pyramids FC attacker shared words with the media after their qualification for the FA Cup finals.
“Looking at Nations FC, I will say they have a very good team, we played them in the league and I think we have played them twice and it was a very difficult game,” John Antwi said.
“So going into the finals with them, we need to prepare very well, be focused and play as a team to win the trophy.
“So I will say it’s not going to be an easy game but in the end we need to do all our best to win the trophy.”
The two-time capped Ghana striker has made 14 appearances for Dreams fc in the premier league, scoring six goals in the process.
Antwi returned to Dreams fc for the current Ghana Premier League season, a third stint and is expected to bring his vast experience to steer them to victory.
He previously played for Egypt powerhouses Al Ahly, Pyramids, Misr El-Makasa as well as Al Gaish.
He has had a stint in Saudi Arabia with Al Shabab and UAE outfit Al Faisaly after beginning his career in Ghana with Dreams fc and Eleven Wonders.
Dreams fc currently sit in 8th on the league table with 40 points from 29 matches and will next travel to the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park against Bechem United on Sunday, April 2
