Mamelodi Sundowns have been dealt a major blow in the Betway Premiership title race as key defender Khuliso Mudau is ruled out of the crucial TS Galaxy clash.
Masandawana will lock horns with Galaxy, which has proven to be a tricky test for the defending league champions in the past few seasons. They will face the Rockets in their final match of the season in the Premiership at Mbombela Stadium on Tuesday night.

Downs is gunning for maximum points to put themselves in pole position to win their ninth successive title. The Brazilians are currently sitting at the top of the league table with 68 points in 29 games, while Orlando Pirates is breathing down their neck with 65 points and a game in hand.
The Tshwane giants will be aiming to beat Galaxy and hope that Pirates drop points in their last two fixtures against Durban City FC and Orbit College FC to clinch the title.
The 2016 CAF Champions League winner will have to overcome the Galaxy test without the services of Mudau, who will serve a one-match suspension.
The Bafana Bafana international accumulated his fourth yellow card in his team’s 7-4 victory over Siwelele FC at Lucas Masterpieces Moripe Stadium this past weekend. Mudau has been a key figure for the Tshwane giants, making 34 appearances and chipping in with one goal and three assists.
In the absence of the 31-year-old, Sundowns will have Kegan Johannes and Zuko Mdunyelwa as options in the right-back position, as Thapelo Morena is also sidelined due to an injury sustained against Kaizer Chiefs over a week ago.
