The Rwanda Premier League enters action today, as five matches of Round 30 take centre stage across the country, with all fixtures kicking off simultaneously at 15:00 CAT.
With the season nearing its conclusion, teams are battling for crucial points at both ends of the table in the Rwanda Premier League.
At Bugesera Stadium, Bugesera FC hosts Marines FC in a mid-table encounter where both sides will be aiming to finish the campaign strongly. Bugesera head into the match in eighth place with 40 points from 29 matches, having recorded two wins and three defeats in their last five outings. Marines FC sit just behind in ninth with 38 points, their recent form slightly inconsistent with one win, two draws, and two losses.

Title-chasing Rayon Sports FC travel to Muhanga Stadium to face struggling AS Muhanga. Rayon Sports, currently fourth with 48 points, remain mathematically in the title race and will be eager to maintain pressure on the leading pack in the Rwanda Premier League. Their recent form includes two wins and three draws. In contrast, AS Muhanga are deep in relegation trouble, sitting near the bottom with just 24 points from 29 matches, having suffered four defeats in their last five games.
At Kigali Pele Stadium, Gorilla FC take on AS Kigali FC in what promises to be a tightly contested clash in the lower half of the table. Gorilla FC occupy 12th position with 33 points and have shown signs of improvement recently, registering three wins, one draw, and one loss in their last five matches. Both teams will be targeting a win to distance themselves from the relegation zone.
Mukura Victory Sports welcome Police FC at Kamena Stadium in one of the standout fixtures of the day. The two sides are separated by just four points in the standings, with Police FC sixth on 45 points and Mukura seventh on 41. With both teams eyeing a top-four finish, this encounter could have significant implications for their ambitions.
Meanwhile, Rutsiro FC face Musanze FC at Umuganda Stadium in a crucial relegation battle. Rutsiro are under immense pressure, sitting just above the bottom side in 17th place with 25 points. Musanze FC, in 10th with 37 points, will look to capitalise on their opponent’s struggles and secure a valuable away victory.
At the top of the table in the Rwanda Premier League, the title race remains fiercely competitive. Al Hilal lead with 64 points, followed by APR FC on 56 and Al Merrikh on 55.
In the race for the Golden Boot, APR’s Djibril Ouattara and Marines FC’s Taiba Mbonyumwani are level on 14 goals each, adding another layer of intrigue as the season approaches its climax.
